We've all seen vehicles parked in front of a fire hydrant and shaken our heads. But a closer look at the offending vehicle in this case would prompt a double take. It was parked here by a fire inspector, who then left the vicinity. We sure hope firefighters don't need access to this hydrant. (Naval Safety Center)
