Retrieved from: Occupational Safety & Health Administration OSHA Instruction DIS 0-0.8, Whistleblower Investigations Manual, dated January 10, 2002, provides guidance for investigating complaints of discrimination under fourteen “whistleblower” statutes. Since January 2002 OSHA has been delegated responsibility for two additional whistleblower statutes, each containing various differences and distinctions in the way the cases are processed and investigated.
