An OSHA inspection found that the company allegedly failed to perform a PPE assessment and failed to provide PPE to protect against silica dust and open flames. It also allegedly failed to train employees about the hazards of noise exposure and ensure that they used hearing protection; and failed to perform an evaluation of respiratory hazards. Other hazards being alleged include a lack of machine guarding on different equipment, a lack of confined space training and procedures, a lack of energy control procedures and hazards involving forklifts and cranes.
