A worker was instructed to mechanically trowel a concrete floor slab on the 30th floor of a building under construction. Instead, he went for a nap on the 29th floor. After his nap, he tried to go upstairs by a route other than the normal walkway. While doing this he fell through a floor opening to his death. Blood-alcohol readings showed that he was also in a legally impaired condition at the time of his death.
