Cluttered Classroom Leads to Tragic Accident
In a devastating incident at Disston Elementary School in Philadelphia, a five-year-old kindergarten student, Jonathan Cozzolino, lost his life when a folded cafeteria table tipped over and fell on him. The table, which was stored in an upright position, became unstable and collapsed as Jonathan was leaving the gymnasium after lunch.
