Like a pendulum, the outcome of an incident can swing either way, resulting in a close call or a workplace fatality. Unfortunately, the pendulum swung the wrong way for Raleigh Wilson. The 48-year-old Tampa, FL, lumberyard worker was struck by a board, which threw him into a belt. In turn, the belt dragged him into machinery, causing fatal injuries.
