Course Description

Roofers frequently work near overhead power lines, electrical equipment, or hidden wiring, and a single misstep can lead to electric shock, burns, or even electrocution. In this course we’ll cover key safety areas including overhead power lines, extension cords and power tools, grounding and wiring near roofs, lightning hazards, and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
