What is wrong in this picture? There is a man doing multiple unsafe procedures in this picture, first he using a grinding wheel without any guard, second all the sparks coming out of the machine are falling into two oxygen cylinders which makes it too dangerous, third he is not wearing any facial mask or glasses to protect his eyes from those sparks and finally there is a solvent knob close to his work area.
